     This is a tutorial in which users can find more tips to guide them to use data dictionary links in performing XML and web services schemata. Author defines that one should use again the data elements which are defined in pre-existing standards while designing XML and webservices. On this occassion those pre-existing standards require some additional links to bring users precise data dictionary references. When users are developing XML schemas, the author advices not to duplicate the existing work. Instead, depend on semantic transparency. Naming conventions and schema snippets could be taken from existing vocabularies. But the usual technique being, using semantic links in the schemata.
