     This is an online form generator that helps users to create form along with one text area field and four text field. They are allowed to set any mode such as required, not required, required number or required email from drop down menu for each text field as they wish. This program has an ability to set maximum number of characters and width to the each text field. Name, email, phone number text fileds etc can be created in the form. Users can set form method and action.
